Teen With Down Syndrome Aspires To Be A Model

I admire people who break down barriers and make their own path. The trail blazers who don’t accept societies version of what they should look like, act like and do with their life. These are the people who want more – for use and for themselves.

Madeline Stuart is one of those people.

Madeline is an 18-year-old young woman from Austraila. After losing 44 pounds with her mom’s help, she decided to try modeling.

Madeline caught the attention of Living Dead Clothing and the Austrailian based clothing company recently hired her to model their latest line shown above.

PS: Avenger fans – check out their Age of Ultron line!

On her facebook page, Madeline writes,

I am 18 years old, I am very healthy, I do sport 6 days a week and compete in Cricket, Gymnastics, Basketball, Swimming, Dancing, and Cheerleading. 14 months ago I was very overweight and decided I needed to change my lifestyle and eating habits so I would live a long healthy life. Now I have decided I would like to help others to also achieve this, this Facebook page is done with the help of my mum as I could not do it on my own. She is my biggest supporter.

I have no doubt we’ll be hearing a lot about Madeline and that she’ll have great success in her life by following her dreams.

Show her some support on her Facebook page!
