Pretend play menus
My two little ones (5 and 6 years old) love playing “restaurant.” They take out their play food, trays, utensils, and placemats. One is the customer, and the other is the waiter and chef. Sometimes, I am the cashier and put their pretend money in my daughter’s Barbie cash register.
They have so much fun creating different scenarios and switching roles.
I thought they might get a kick out of having pretend restaurant menus to use in their pretend play. They loved it! Now, the waiter can bring an actual menu complete with pictures and words!
This pretend menu comes with breakfast, lunch, dinner, drink, and dessert selections and their prices.
