These delicious cookies are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or even Easter. Make them anytime you want a delicious dessert that looks as good as it tastes.

The best part is that you can substitute the key lime melts for any flavor, so have fun experimenting!

Key Lime Cookies

Ingredients
Makes 1 dozen

  • 1 bag key lime candy melts
  • 12 Golden Oreos – or any round, cream-filled cookies
  • Cookie mold

Directions

  • Melt half the candy melts as per the instructions on the bag.
  • Spoon about a tablespoon of the melted chocolate into the bottom of each well of the mold.
  • Gently press a cookie into each.
  • Spoon more chocolate over the cookies, making sure to get the sides between the cookie and the edge of the well.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from the mold and place the cookie onto parchment paper.
