All to often we allow past hurts and struggles dictate our current situation. We often reach for the familiar, even if it’s not best for us. Moving forward with your life involves letting go of old patterns and replacing them with ones that serve you in a positive way.
This is something I need to remember on a daily basis. It is so easy to let bad things that happened in the past take over. It doesn’t really matter if it was years ago or yesterday – they have a tendency to take over. I have been working hard on letting go and seeing joy in my life. This is something I will write down and read every day.
