April Bible Reading Plan
This April Bible reading plan was designed to guide you through the season—reflecting on Jesus’ sacrifice, celebrating his resurrection, and embracing the new life he offers.
The readings draw from Isaiah, the Psalms, and the Gospels. While some passages may feel weighty, they create sacred moments that make Easter Sunday all the more meaningful when the empty tomb declares that death has been defeated.
As Lent concludes, the plan leads into Eastertide—a season that often receives less attention but is deeply rich and life-giving. Each day features a short, focused reading filled with hope, new life, and transformation.
Selections from the Deuterocanonical books are also included, adding depth to the journey while reinforcing timeless truths: God is faithful, eternal life is the hope believers hold, and trust in Him is possible even in difficult times.
Whether you have five quiet minutes in the morning or a longer period to reflect, there is no pressure—only an open invitation. You may choose to make note of a meaningful verse, offer a simple prayer, or simply sit with the words.
