I never had a weight problem, until I closed up shop and my husband and I moved to Florida, started a family and adopted our three children. Over time, I started gaining weight and since I’m only 4′ 11″, it didn’t take much for me to become overweight.

Let’s start with why I chose this book.
Truth be told – it was the title.
Because 7:00 PM is the exact time I stop eating.
I normally eat my last meal at around 5:00ish. Then I have a snack and my last cup of tea for the night around 6:30. I don’t eat or drink anything else (except plain water) until the next day at 9:00 AM (or later if I can).
I’ve had some success with this method even though I have not been consistent with it.
So when I came across Always Eat After 7, it intrigued me because, at times, I’ve been having a hard time with my current way of eating. For the most part, my diet is okay. I’m a pescatarian (a vegetarian who consumes fish and seafood) but I have a huge sweet tooth.
I haven’t read any intermittent fasting books so I’m curious if Always Eat After 7 PM can help me to modify my way of eating so I can lose the last 20 pounds of the initial weight I gained.

I’m definitely interesting in reading this book. I’ve been intermittent fasting for a few weeks now — not eating my first meal until around 12pm — and feeling really good.
