Blogging Opportunities & Resources – Vol. 1

I’m going to start a new post series, Blogging Opportunities & Resources to share paid blogging opportunities, product review campaigns and blogging resources with you. You’ll find ways to make money with your blog, tools to make blogging more efficient and information that is of interest to bloggers. Some of these may be affiliate links from companies that I personally have worked with and recommend.

Blogging Opportunities & Resources 1

Blogging Jobs

Join any of these networks for sponsored post job offers. Just add your blogs and social media accounts to start getting offers. On some of them you can name your own price.

Izea – Connect with well known brands for blogging and social sponsorship opportunities. You can set your own price, plus you have complete control over who you work with. I’ve been with them for a very long time and have made hundreds of dollars over the years.

Escalate – Find advertisers to promote on your blog and social media accounts. This is another network I’ve been with for a while and have done pretty good with them on my other blogs.

Blogging Support & Education

Network with other bloggers and get the blog training you need to reach the next level.

BC Prime – BC (Blogging Concentrated) Prime provides webinar, ebooks, training and education for intermediate – advanced bloggers. I’ve been a member for about six months and can’t say enough positive things about it.

Bodacious Bloggers – This private facebook group is a place to meet and network with fellow bloggers. We are mainly female bloggers, who blog about topics of interest to women and families (food, travel, DIY, crafts, social media etc). If this sounds like you, come join us.

Blogging & Social Media Tips

Here are some great tips and tutorials from fellow bloggers.

Facebook Featured Likes – Dawn put together this tutorial on how to choose your featured likes on your facebook page.

The Basics Of HTML – Lexie has a very useful post on how to get started with html.

Beginning Blogger How-To – Shauna has some helpful tips for anyone just starting out with blogging.

Keeping Track of Sponsored Posts & Reviews – Ideas from Billie on how to organize your sponsored posts and reviews.

Create & Add A Watermark To Your Photos – It’s always a good idea to watermark your photos and Allyson shows us how!

Blogging & Social Media Resources

Apps, tools and resources to make blogging and social media management easier and more efficient.

Bookmark pages, links and photos  – I’ve been using Diigo for about six months and it’s helped me organize the many (MANY!!) bookmarks I have saved. They have a paid version, but I’ve been getting along fine with the free version for now.

Unsubscribe from multiple email subscriptions  – Unroll.me allows you to manage, and remove yourself from all the newsletters and email subscriptions that you have. I used this on one of my accounts and plan on using it on the other one also.

I hope you enjoyed this first edition of Blogging Opportunities & Resources. Use these share links if your followers would enjoy this post.

Hi Joanne. Saw your post on Listapalooza and came to check this out. Am really having a hard time remembering to blog! Must not be a favorite activity! I’ll be using some of this info and hope it will help push me along. My question for you: When you run into a wall like we all do sometimes, is there someone you admire who inspires you to climb the wall and go on? I did a post on my blog today about that. At http://www.cheatsheetstore.com Just scroll to bottom of page.
